Partners V60 Switch Recipe
-15g of Coffee at a Medium-Fine Grind Setting
-240g of Hot Water
- (valve open) 00:00 - 00:10 30g Bloom
- (valve open) 00:40 - 00:55 2nd Pour to 140g
- 1:15 - close valve and pour to 240g
- 2:30 - open valve and let drain.
- 4:00 Close Valve and remove dripper
- Enjoy!
